As a mom owned business, I know how important it is to sanitize safely. Our equipment is sanitized before and after every event. We use "Clean Smart" products which kills 99.9% of viruses and other germs.
Balls are sanitized in a commercial grade ball cleaning machine.
A 20% deposit is required to book. Please complete the "Ready to Book" form on the book us page. We will contact you within 3 business days. If you would like to secure your date, please book as soon as possible. Your event date is not guaranteed until you have paid the deposit. Once you have booked and paid the deposit you will receive a confirmation email. Full payment must be paid 72 hours prior to your event day.

We can set up from Banquet halls to back yards.
We do hope the weather is perfect for your event. However, the weather can be unpredictable at times. To keep everyone safe we must enforce the weather policy. If there is rain in the forecast, we will be unable to set up outdoors. We recommend that you have an indoor back up area in the event it rains or is too hot outside. If you are unable to have an indoor back up we can reschedule your event for a later available date.
Snow – In the event we have a major snow storm you can reschedule for a later available date.
Heat- We recommend having a tent for summer outdoor events.
Weather related State of Emergency – You can reschedule for a later available date.
**Please note once we begin to set up, we nor anyone cannot relocate the package.
A security deposit of $200 is required. This security deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage or missing items.

We will be sad If you need to cancel. However, we do understand life happens. If you cancel 7 days prior to your scheduled event you may reschedule for a later date that is available.
Yes, there is a delivery fee. The fee will be quoted on your invoice based on location.
Set up - We will arrange arrival time prior to your event. The desired area where your package will be set up must be cleared and ready for set up upon our arrival. After setting up we will ask for the renter or designated representative to confirm the inventory list and inspect equipment.
Pick up - After the 4 hours we will return to pick up our equipment. Package must be ready for pick up.
